Art Therapy

Art therapy is a creative method of transforming your world through drawing.

Neurographics uses a special type of line called a neuroline, which is drawn freely and spontaneously on paper, creating various shapes and intersections. The neuroline represents the neural pathways in the brain, which can be modified and restructured by applying certain algorithms and techniques. The process of drawing neurolines helps to activate the brain’s plasticity, which has the ability to change itself in response to new experiences and stimuli. By changing the neuroline’s shape, direction, colour and texture, one can change the corresponding neural pathway and thus influence emotions, thoughts, beliefs and behaviour.

Neurographics is not only an art form, but also a tool for personal development, problem-solving, stress relief, emotional regulation, creativity enhancement and self-expression. It can be used by anyone, regardless of age, artistic skill or background.

Neurographics is a powerful tool for exploring thoughts and emotions through art. It is ideal for problem solving, for finding the hidden reason for emotional and relationship issues or even health issues. By following a certain drawing technique together with your instructor insights and clarity are gained.
