Through regular online sessions we will work through your issues and find the best method for your needs at each step. The sessions can include reviewing various aspects of your present lifestyle, your habits, your emotional concerns. I take a holistic approach to healing that focuses on balancing the energy fields within and around the body. This practice recognizes that everything in the universe is made up of energy, including our bodies, and that imbalances in this energy can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. 

Our sessions may touch on learning about yourself through astrology, we may learn to meditate, learn about nutrition options, learn how circadian rhythms can help your body heal itself. There are as many options as people. One recipe does not fit all! Let me guide you!

Each session is tailor-made for you. During the first session we will discuss your needs and concerns and see what simple changes can be made in your daily routine to improve you wellness. Maybe that’s all you need for a kick-start to your new life, but if you are ready to delve in deeper and reach longer lasting results, at least 4 sessions are recommended. Each session is approx. 1 hr, online, from your own comfortable surroundings. Take my hand and let me lead the way…
