Meditation is a practice that involves training the mind to focus and achieve a state of calm awareness. It has numerous benefits for overall well-being and health. For example:

  • Reducing stress, by helping to reduce cortisol levels in the body and promote relaxation, leading to reduced feelings of stress and anxiety. 

  • Enhancing mental clarity - improving focus, concentration and memory recall.

  • Lowering blood pressure - especially helpful for individuals with hypertension.

  • Boosting immune function. 

  • Promoting emotional well-being - an increase in feelings of happiness and contentment, as well as greater self-awareness .

Regular meditation practice can be an effective tool for promoting greater well-being and health in all aspects of life.

Join me and learn how to meditate. Group sessions are especially good to help you turn meditation into a habit. It is through regular meditation, that wellness can be achieved. 


On my path to meditation, I found that if I didn't resonate with the voice of the person leading the meditation I would not be able to relax and join in. For this reason, I have recorded a short example meditation for you. Before signing up for one my courses listen and see if my voice resonates with you. Would you prefer to have a personal experience and learn to meditate with me one on one? Then this is for you! Each beginner’s session is approximately 45 minutes long. I will teach you about breathing, finding a comfortable place to meditate and guide you on your meditative journey. After each meditation we will complete chakra energy activation exercises together. At the end of each session we will have time to discuss any questions or thoughts that may arise.


Group meditation sessions take place at set times on set dates. This course lasts 21 days plus 1. The plus 1 is our first day when we meet and I introduce you to the concept of meditation and explain how to sit, how to breath and what to expect during each session. After each meditation session, together we will complete a set of chakra energy activation exercises. Every day, each session will begin with a meditation and continue with the chakra exercises. It is recommended to take part everyday in order to form the foundation of a new life changing habit.

My courses are planned taking into account the phases of the Moon. A New Moon is a perfect time to start a new habit and so my courses will coincide with a New Moon phase.
