Service Description

Beginners group meditation sessions take place at set times on set dates. This course lasts 21 days plus 1. The plus 1 is our first day when we meet and I introduce you to the concept of meditation and explain how to sit, how to breathe and what to expect during each session. Each session consists of a mediation of 15 - 20 minutes, followed by a set of chakra energy activation exercises which we will complete together lasting approximately 15 minutes. It is highly recommended to take part everyday in order to form the foundation of a new life changing habit.
